Hampton Property Group is a Sydney based Fund Manager with a focus on the development and redevelopment of medical centres on the east coast of Australia. We undertake greenfield development projects, the redevelopment of older centres as well as the acquisition and management of existing centres.
We maintain a “whole of centre” approach, undertaking the development and delivery of a medical centre for a single tenant or alternatively coordinate the supply of a range of healthcare services from different providers, creating a healthcare ecosystem that benefits the tenants and community as a whole.
Hampton holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL), which enables us to raise investor capital to fund projects independently and of a variety of sizes, although our projects typically fit within the $5-20 million range. Our co-investment model demonstrates our commitment to deliver investment outcomes.
