Hampton Property Group (Hampton) holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), which enables us to raise and manage investor capital to fund real-estate projects independently and of a variety of sizes, although generally projects fit within the $5-20 million range.
Projects are typically structured as an individual Managed Investment Scheme (Fund), ensuring that each project stands independently from both a risk and reward basis and are exclusively offered only to those investors that meet the definition of a Wholesale Client under the Corporations Act.
A Wholesale Client is an investor that satisfies at least ONE of the following criteria, namely:
• A gross income of $250,000 or more per annum in each of the previous two years; or
• Net assets of at least $2.5 million; or
• Is investing a minimum of $500,000 into the Fund.
